Ride4T1

Our route & live tracker

We're not taking the direct path. We've chosen a gravel-first route - beautiful trails, quiet roads and epic views, the full length of Britain.

Daily stages aim for around 100km, keeping the pace honest and the terrain manageable. Along the way, five Community Days give you the chance to meet the team, join a ride, or simply come along, have a chat and connect with others living with T1D.

When we're rolling, our live GPS tracker will show exactly where we are. Sign up below to be notified when it goes live.
