# Ride4T1

> Meet us along the way: five Community Days and three Community Rides for people with Type 1 Diabetes, families, caregivers and healthcare professionals, as we ride off-road from Land's End to John O'Groats, 26 August - 20 September 2026.

Ride4T1 is a gravel-first awareness ride from Land's End to John O'Groats (26 August - 20 September 2026). A team of cyclists living with Type 1 Diabetes will cover about 1,896 km over 25 days, with 5 public Community Days and open Community Rides along the way. The campaign is hosted with Enhance-d (https://enhance-d.com).
